The following section illustrates the implementation of a simple shift log. Depending on requirements, it can easily be extended with additional features and interfaces.
1. Overview of recent shift events
On an overview page, the recorded shift events are displayed in a table.
The captured information includes date and time, shift designation (e.g. morning shift), employee name and the log entry in text form.
Incorrect entries can be deleted from the overview if the user has the necessary deletion permissions.
Users with the appropriate permissions can add a new entry. The input form can be accessed via a button.
2. Logging of shift events
Entries can be added to the shift log via a simple form.
The required information can be selected from a dropdown menu or entered into a text field. When the form is submitted, the entered data is automatically saved and becomes visible in the overview.
Additional form fields can be added as needed, such as upload fields that allow optional attachment of image files.
3. Data storage
The information recorded in the shift log is stored in a custom data model, which can be created in manubes with just a few clicks.
Through the data model view, all stored records are accessible and available for future analysis. This also enables the AI assistant to summarize information from the shift log and answer targeted questions (e.g. the number of incidents within a specific time period).
